Welcome to the Reinforcement Learning course at Ryerson for the Winter of 2022. This course will cover the underlying theory and practical applications of reinforcement learning. By the end of this course, the students will be able to: understand fundamental principles, ideas, and techniques in reinforcement learning; apply reinforcement learning techniques to new problems; and read and understand some of the research articles on reinforcement learning.
