Welcome Message

Welcome to the Machine Learning course at Ryerson for the Fall of 2021. First, I would like to thank Professor Andrew Ng at Stanford University for graciously allowing us to use his course notes for CPS803/CP8318. This course will cover the underlying theory and practical applications of machine learning. By the end of this course, the students will be able to: understand fundamental principles, ideas, and techniques in machine learning; apply machine learning techniques to new problems; and read and understand some of the research articles on machine learning.
